Once i ordered through HB and it took around 1 hour for them to deliver. The next time I ordered directly to them and after the painful excercise of conveying the order.....they took almost 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver the stuff... and I had to enquire 3-4 times if they were bringing my food at all..... well after this I have stuck to HB :).. they do not ensure fast delivery but atleast take the pain of ensuring that I get my food...
