As far as dine in is concerned , it's pathetic , though the food is OK , the service is very poor..the guys who take order simply thinks they are the boss and customers are nothing else , but some one who just pay to eat...and the same reflects to the service boys also , they are very very rude...though you have planned to give some tips to these boys , after u have ur food , you will be forced to stop it...very very bad service...Pleas avoid this restaurant.... ”

If you want some great Andhra style food at a very decent price this is the place to go. I visited this restaurant with my friends, I have eaten here many times in the past, about 3 weeks ago. This Nandhini is one of the best Andhra style reswtaurant in Bangalore and also in and around itpl. Pleasant ambience and good service. They offer a fair variety of dishes, and they have a good selection of biryanis and curries. And we ordered guntur chicken dry, chicken fry, chicken biryani, chilli chicken and some veg starters. The food was so tasty, and that chicken fry was so yummy, we enjoyed the food, and the quality of the food was very good. Each dish i tried was pretty good and service is also nice, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, And am sure i wil go back. And they do have home delivery service as well. ”

I had placed an order once from Nandhini Whitefield for Home delivery. The food was really bad, it seems like that they had sent the chicken briyani was prepared 3days before and no taste atall compared to Nandhini Restaurant in Bsk 3rd stg. I will never do this mistake again and i will never opt for this Nandhini Restuarant in my life. As we had ordered for home delivery for office they dint deliver the Plates, spoons and Tissue papers. The food was so bad there is no words to explain abt it. ”

Last tuesday i called and order for 4 roti, 2 non, 1 egg biryani and 1 mushroom fried rice.
The call attender from your office said mushroom biryani is not available in nandini.
So i cancelled mushroom fried rice and asked for veg fried rice.
Afterwards nandini custormer service called up and said veg fried rice is not available. Then i asked whether he has mushroo fried rice. He said yes he has... This is 1st example for irrelevant answer from your service.
Then, Nandini supplier came to my office to deliver the food item. I noticed egg biryani is missed out in the list. I enquired why this mistake has happened. He replied that its not his mistake and he has brought which your service guys ordered for. This is next drawback.
Please be patient when the customer is orderring and repeat the order to customer for his correction and make sure that you do not miss out anything from the given order.
