I have been going to this restaurant for the past three years. One thing I should admire about this restaurant is that the service has really improved. you get your dishes within 10 minutes.
Try Bhindi Masala here. It's awesome. There are no smaller priced dishes. Butter Chicken is pretty good.
One thing I don't understand here is that debit cards are not accepted (credit cards are accepted)
But overall, I would rate it pretty good. ”

i just want to share my experience at mirch masala in BTM 2nd stage,it\'s one of the worst eating place,i have been to in bangalore.We went there this sunday and ordered both veg and non-veg (chicken amritsari,mutton rogan josh,dal makhani n kadhai paneer) the quality of food was so bad and the meat didn\'t looked or tasted like chicken..God knows which animal they served...and the food was tasteless..we called up the manager and asked him to taste the food if it is worth eating..he then took it off and ordered it to be added with more spices,but stilll it was the same..i can say worse then what it was..somehow we finished 1 chapati...n moved out of that hell..and not much of our surprise we had a bad stomach the next day...somehow we all have survived from it...but this is just to inform you guys to take extra care and think twice before entering this so called restaurant!!!! ”

Well what to say about Mirch Masala. When you go to the restaurant it is good there.However, when you place a order for home delivery most of the times they forget some or the other items. and when you ask them to get it the time they say is 1 hr to 45 mins.
So, a improvement in their home delivery service can get a lot of more customers for them.

We had heard about this North Indian joint and thought of trying it out one day. We asked for the less spicy Paneer gravy and the waiter suggested us Paneer Tikka Masala.... we were like "less spicy?????". We finally decided to go with Palak Paneer..we thought this would be less spicy.. but alas.. they lived upto their name.. it was full of 'Mirch' and 'Masala' :(
The quantity was also less compared to the price they charge.. considering it isn't a big restaurant as such.. ”
