Neither the person who comes to deliver nor the guy who takes order over the phone have any respect. They all were very rude.
Unacceptable behaviour. ”

Good Food & Definitely in Budget:
“
I have been to this restaurant many times.Mostly I used to get food parceled from here.Service is OK.Makke ki roti n sarson ka saag is their best dish. It has got the taste of punjab.Mirch Masala is a good place for giving treat to your friends as it is not all that expensive & food quality is good. I would suggest this restaurant of Bangalore to someone who is looking for budget restaurant & good food. ”

Tasteless Biriyani:
“
Hi, i ordered food from mirch masala, bommanahalli for lunch today. AS i am a biriyani lover I ordered for 1 chicken biriyani with 1 chicken tikka by using hungryzone.com. The food arrived on time. Felt really happy about that. But when i opened the container and started to have biriyani that was a night mare. The biriyani was really tasteless to be frank, no mirch or masala in the biriyani. Totally a waste of money. But to be feel good is that the murg tikka from mirch masala was worth the money. Think twice to eat biriyanis at mirch masala. My craze of Biriyanis have gone since i had the worst biriyani from mircjh masala. The service is good but mirch masala have to re-think of the quality of the food. Better to appoint good biriyani makers as a chef. ”

Horrible Place:
“
Guys i want to share the experience which i had with Mirch Masala very recently. I ordered for Murg biriyani which was really horrible and no mirch or masala in that. The chicken pieces they provided were very bad to taste, I even couldnt even eat 3 spoons, finally i threw out the entire dish outside. I called them back and told about the experience. I was really getting frustrated to hear any of the non-veg dishes. Finally They apologised with me and finally they sent me makki ki roti with sarson ka saag as a complimentary. That was good, later on i thought that i could have ordered this earlier on to avoid the bad food which i had at mirch masala. Let me give a final chance with them, lets see they will improve or not. ”

Very less quantity:
“
Had heard a lot of about this restaurant so thought of trying this out on a weekend. We ordered food for 4 people, the food arrived in 45 minute which is quite okay though the restaurant is not even a km away. The food however was a big let down. The containers were not filled even upto 50% height (considering containers are less wide at the bottom, the quantity was less by any known standards). The prices are quite high and are not justified at all due to the extremely less quantity. The curries were very spicy and the phulkas were not properly cooked. The overall meal was very very disappointing.
A big thumbs down to this restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to any one, avoid this place and try the near by Tharavadu.

not good enough...:
“
Had ordered a home delivery through hungrybangalore. The food arrived in an hour ( acceptable considering the horrible traffic at Bomanhalli signal). The food was however a big let down. We had ordered paneer tikka, paneer paratha, phulka and paneer makhani ( ofcourse paneer, paneer and more paneer :)) ). We were expecting a delicious punjabi treat, however the food had only "mirch and masala" sans any taste... The corners of paratha was not cooked properly and the paneer in the paneer tikka didnt taste fresh. The paneer makhani was ok but had around 4-5 cubes of paneer... which according to any standard is quite less. All in all it was a disappointing experience... however I would try this restaurant again, hope to enjoy true punjabi food.
