HP thalis & chhaach are nice but paratha combo and other dishes are pathetic.
This is among very few places which provides Navratra Vrat Combo. The price is high (195/- including tax) with thickest kuttu ki pooris and hardest kuttu and aaloo ke pakodes. The service is also very poor. they don't value your time. If they don't have enough customers then you might be lucky to get your food fast otherwise it takes looong in preparing any damn thing. Also their card swiping machine is always out of service. Home delivery always takes more than hour.
Being pure veg they are trying to earn by monopoly. ”

This is happening for the third time now.
The first night I ordered, they couldnot locate my place, nor were the capable enough to understand simple directions.
THe next time, they missed out the salad and raitha.
Yesterday I ordered a Rice Combo and a starter, they missed out the salad again!
Furiously I called them up and they said they are sending the salad.
5 mins later the delivery guy comes with 2 boxes, and says complimentary gulab jamun.
Assuming the other was salad, I took it.
Turns out it was bhel puri.
Besides these screwups, the food is really good and filling.

Ordered food for home delivery at 12.46 pm, with non-delivery till 2pm, called up justeat.in call center only to hear that guy for delivery is near my house and will be there in another 2-3 minutes.
Waited for another 30 mins till 2.30pm for the food, then finally decided to cancel this order. At ~2.50pm the person showed up my flat with food (after 2+ hours). Obviously, I sent him back without taking or paying the food.
There were no apologizes from either justeat.in or from mast kalandar. I guess, they know this is India and people tend to forget such non-professional behavior soon. ”

Mast Kalandar HSR layout is the best Mast kalandar in town right now. Within 30min of me placing the order at hungryzone.com the food was on my table with everything the way I wanted :) This is a all time record for Mast kalandar itself I think. So Mast Kalandar HSR Layout rocks, and Im not ready to hear anything against it. ”

I ordered food from Mast Kalanda in HSR for sinner around 9 PM . The great indian maha combo .It came after an hour . I paid the money and took my parcel inside. The glass used for packaging chas was broken and it was all over the place. I called up the restaurant and told him what had happened. the guy on the phone first apologized then told me the restaurant was full and he had no delivery people. Then he went on to say that he will send me the combo the next day in the morning. What a Joke . I order dinner they mess it up and then say we will send u breakfast next day.
