I ordered food from this resturant today, and the service is completely pathetic. I ordered two HP3 meals, and what I got is only one HP3, and the other, just a pulav and dal, without curry and anything. I reminded them for 1 hour, calling up again and again, but didn't got any. Only answer I got from them is it has been dispatched, till 5.00 pm in the evening.
This has been the worst experience with this resturant, and I strongly recommend no one to order any food from this place. The delivery is worst of any kind. I will never ever order anything from this place again.

I ordered for Mast kalandar combo meal at 1pm today and finally received it at 310pm. This happens with Mast kalandar BTM no matter through which source u order, on which day at which time. I (for that matter everyone in our office) used to order very regularly from Mast Kalandar until when we found cockroach in their rajma.
We have been ordering food from Mast Kalandar Bannergatta road and BTM layout for quite some time now and this was second such incidence.
Well food was always good (little expensive and they charge a lot for packing and delivery :) ) but its ok, you get good food but now this has completely turned us down. No one from the office is ordering. The last incidence I finished the food and was having the last spoon which had cockroach and because I had finished the food they didn't even consider returning the money :)
Initially I was really upset and tried my best to talk to the owners which they just didn't allow me (may be thats what they are paid for, do whatever just dont let anyone talk to the owners). Later on their incharge did come, collected the food and went. He was supposed to get back to me with what actions he has taken to ensure it doesn't happen but ...
Anyway, I am not against them, their business whatever way they want to run but this is just FYI for anyone wanting to try Mast Kalandar. Decide on your own food is good but perhaps they are not very hygenic.
First it was ants in potluck food, then cockroach in SLN briani and now cockroach with Mast Kalandar, we are running out of options here in BTM :)
I guess neither restaurants nor authorities take these things seriously.
I am still rating them as average (3 stars) just because have experienced good service and food at other times although unless they believe in 'chalta hai' attitude any restaurant serving cockroaches for 100Rs deserves -ve stars even worse than Enter at your own risk. ”
