The food is good with reasonable price. However, as with the nearby eateries, Longmai sffers with the same problem. The surrounding area stinks of gutter water that is unbearable especially when you eat food.

Where do I start? Alright here goes nothing...
To begin with, this is a place I have been visiting for a "LONGmai" time now, almost 2 years since I first set my eyes on this one. For a year or so, I was quiet happy with the food and the service(though the hygiene was questionable), and it was easy on the pocket too!. This is what happens with all good things, they never last long enough.
Now for the UGLY part, this happened a few months back, I was in the restaurant with a few of my colleagues (yeah, I work for an MNC(IT) in E-city). We ordered our regular fare, and were in for a surprise that day. When the food arrived, I started eating my fried rice, and half way through the meal, I bit into something rock hard, and thats when I realised there was a rusted Nail in it, about 2 cm in length. We had a tough time trying to get the manager understand that this was not a small thing. Finally we got out of the restaurant frustrated and decided never to come back again.
But as it happens, I went to this same place yesterday. Ordered Egg Schezwan Fried noodles, and a bulls eye. Half way through my meal, I notice a Cockroach inside the noodles. This was the limit, I immediately called the manager(Tony) and asked him for an explanation. All he said was "Sorry sir, mistake ho gaya" and even had the audacity to tell me that he wouldn't charge me for this food. (as if I were gonna eat the Cockroach laden delicacy if it was free). I went out of the place in a fit of rage resolving to let all my colleagues/friends know about this (there are people who frequent this place on a regular basis).
It is my appeal to the Proprietors/Admins of this website to look into this matter, and immediately remove this restaurant from your list. It is dissapointing to see your website (which by the way is quiet popular with people who stay alone and are dependent on eating outside, like myself) marketing, and listing such disgraceful places.
This is the last straw. People watch were you eat, and please be careful even in known/popular places. You never know what creatures lie in that steaming hot delicacy you think if food!!!!!!! ”
