I ordered a Non-veg meal (One veg bhuna roll + One Omlette Pav + Chocolote cake + Cold drink) for myself.
The delivery time was adhered to as mentioned on the website and a rep from Kaati Zone also called up to confirm the order. As regards to the quality of food, the bhuna roll was very good but probably not too sufficient for a main course meal.
Other things in the meal i.e Omlette Pav and Chocolate Pav were substandard and I didn't eat them since they were looking stale to me. If you only order rolls, go ahead. For overall meal, 1* ”

I realized how irresponsible this restaurant is with respect to "Service" in the real sense. I had a bad experience recently with these folks. They never delivered my order even after their confirmation and verification. They did not bother calling back and even mentioning they couldn't deliver nor apologizing for their mistake.

My child perpetually wants to go out and eat, so we checked out the Kaati Zone in our locality the other day. He was excited that he got to eat a Chicken Tikka Roll and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the Corn Cucumber Salad and the Spanish BBQ Veggies, and it was delicious. We ordered the Lite paratha, which is made of whole wheat and it completely suited my health food needs as well as my child’s junk food urge! ”
