Really worth the money. Food is very good. They do not use much oil while preparation. Their service is also pretty good. Have ordered a lot of times and havent been able to find anything wrong yet. ”

Pathetic:

I ordered for the first time from Chung's Corner couple of weeks back. Since I havent had Indian Chinese for nearly 10 years, it felt weird to taste but I thought its something to do with my taste buds. I had ordered Steamed Chicken Koithio and a couple of starters Garlic Chicken and Kung Pao chicken. They were kinda ok but I couldnt finish it.
Since it was my first time, I decided to go for it again last Saturday and boy o boy was it bad. I ordered the same Chicken Koithio and couple of chicken starters. For one, the food was served very cold. The chicken was really really stale and almost had a stink to it. The koithio was really undercooked and tasted like glue.
I will never order from this place again. ”

I was feeling good today, so thought will go out to a decent place to have lunch with my friend. After couple of search, I thought I will try Chungs. After reaching there, following are the summary point.
Ambiance - Disgusting
Service - Really Slow, apart form one or two guys rest were drowsy !
Most Important part The Food:
Soup: Hot n Sour- it was lil Dhinchak type. Complete Indian avatar. But it was nice.
Starter: Chilli garlic potato: Decent. Not so Good not so bad,
Main Course: Noodles: Yuck! I was feeling like I m eating noodles of Nathu Halwai!
Salt pepper something Curry: Equally Disastrous !
Dessert: Sorry boies! Did not had guts to take anything more.
Seriously, the food was pathetic. Very disappointed! ”

Never order food from Chungs:

These people are absolute cheats!!!! They replaced my order with just some other item inspite of confirmation on phone prior to delivery. They are absolutely discorteous. Complaints are not entertained. Complete wastage of money. They dont lift the phone calls once money is given....and to my horror we discover fried wanton instead of steamed....boiled hakka noodles instead of american chopsuey and whatever was delivered was not worth eating.
Sincere advise DONT ORDER FOOD FROM CHUNGS CHINESE CORNER. ”

Great Chinese food:

I very recently visited Chungs chinese corner with my friend for lunchwhich is
located at cmh road, indiranagar, bangalore. The ambience was pretty cool.
lunch menu had lot of varieties to choose on and the dishes were pretty interesting, staff were helpful while we attempted to choose dishes. And this is one that i definitely appreciate. The quality is very good for the according to the price. The food being inexpensive but tasty and filling and fresh sour and pepper soup is highly recommended at chungs chinese corner. I really liked the ambience in this restaurant and it was clean, friendly and had
modern chinese food.. the service is polite, prompt and friendly.
The whole atmosphere is just superb. The food arrived pretty
quickly and was just absolutely delicious. The waiters came back a couple of times to make sure that all was fine with the order and that we are happy with the food...something just not seen in other chinese places these days.....if you want to eat good chinese food in bangalore you can try chungs chinese corner restaurant once. I will definitely come again to this
restaurant.

Affordable chinese food:

Chungs Chinese corner, indiranagar a perfect place for Chinese in affordable price. This restaurant is located in cmh road robby arcade in indiranagar. Chungs chinese corner is in some other places as well ( it is a chain restaurant). But i haven't been in any other outlet than indiranagar. I visit this restaurant frequently and also get delivery sometimes.
Ambiance is average, the walls having deep red, black tones and yellow lighting which is very dim. Ambiance and smell of this chungs Chinese corner gives some kind of feelings to realise that you are in a Chinese restaurant. The staff are dressed in the same colour (red) as the wall. They are friendly, helpful and very welcoming.
Food is very good (quality wise and also quantity wise). They have got good varieties of food to choose from in veg and non-veg both. I will mention some food that i really like in chungs Chinese corner. In soup i like the chicken hot and sour soup the most is really tasty, i always ask them for extra spice (chili) in my soup which makes it the perfect one. prawn fried rice and the hakka noodles are quiet pleasant and they can be have as meal on their own as it comes in good quantity. But it would taste even better if you have with gravies like chili chicken, prawn in garlic sauce etc. I always love chicken lollypop, drums of heaven and spring rolls for starters which are quiet nice. And next thing i always ask them for less oil and more spice ( i don't like to have oily food but just love spicy). But if the item in menu says 'hot' then i don't have to ask for extra hot because it will already be really hot (chili) except the soup ( i don't like soup if it is not really hot). I have no idea about the dessert because i don't like to sweetener my tongue after yummy hot and spicy food (:p). and other thing they don't serve alcohol, only soft drinks are available ( i don't mind as i don't bother to drink).
To summarize, very good place for good Chinese food in affordable price. Meal for two with starter with drink ( mazza, fanta, coke) will cost around 450 bucks (which is not bad in Bangalore). I would love to visit chungs Chinese corner in indiaranagar (as it is near by my place) again and again and would say try once!!! ”

Bad Food:

The food is pathetic. I ordered for chicken dishes. There is no chicken in there. Most pieces in the sauce & noodles are just lumps of cornflour. The noodles is of low quality. Absolutely every thing that I bought was crap. I will never order from here again. I expected better quality for the price that they charged me. ”
