harish wrote Can visit once: “Its a dhaba in true sense. It is located just beside the Gurudwara in Kensington road,The place is small and i did not find it very hygienic but i really liked the food.the garam parathas that they give with melting butter on it, its really wonderful.once you see it your mouth will start watering and the curries also.....it actually taste the way as expected. everything is perfect but they should only try to improve the service and try to make the place bit clean.  ”
nitesh arora wrote Best Punjabi Food in Bangalore: “I have been visiting it since 2003 and have not had better and tasty punjabi food than this anywhere. Believe me the parathas, Kadi, Daal Makhani, Jeera Allo are really worth the wait...  ”
value seeker wrote Average: “Went there recently after seeing all the great reviews for this dhaba(literally). was able to identify since a crowd gathered beside the gurudwara. No board to suggest that its a eatery and hence I can see people travelling by bus on the opposite road trying to figure out what's happening. Did not expect people to wash hands outside of the dhaba and the water just flows on to the road(Thats where you need to wait for 1 hour). Had to wait my one hour to get in. Ordered 3 stuffed parathas and two currys. I could not find the difference between them may be due to the excess butter. Half way through the lunch the power went off and the Dhaba had the perfect solution(sic). They lighted up a candle at each table. The least they could have done is to buy some cheap chinese made rechargeable lights. Bill was light as expected but would not recommend this to others to have average tasting food waiting an hour on the road. ”
brinda thomas wrote Good service / Good service - Must visit: “Good Punjabi food served dhaba style !! - A must visit for all those who want a taste of back home.
Paratha's with butter, dal makhani as thick as ever ... the food is good.
The only aspect of improvement would probably be the quality of service staff and the location of the restaraunt...  ”
