I ordered @ 11:30 for my lunch bill was generated and I got it in email, the bill was 229/-. after sometime I got a call from these guys saying I have to pay Re50/- extra for delivery, I agreed (the stuffs who called me all sounded sleepy)they agreed to sent it 12:45 pm max, now it is 1:30 pm still waiting for the bejing bites delivery to show up.

Well, we have visited this place atleast 30-35 times in last 1.5 yrs, mostly as a team dinners. But last friday turned out to be a horrible one and we have made our only new year resolution that we will never go this shit place again.
At time of placing the orders, we had highlighted reg the pymt will be made by citibank card (which offers a 15% disc), and we also highlighted reg the Corp offer of 10%. It was upto us to decide what option we choose at time of making payment. After the dinner session, we are given a bill with no discount included and the cashier (he has a bloody pony tail.... felt like pulling it off) was very rude and shouting at us that he cannot do anything. Once the bill is generated, it is final. They kept talking to each other in their own language and passing the buck to each other (which is a trick they make and they are perfect in doing it).
Overall, a terrible exp and now, we hav decided to visit other places but never this hell. ”

The food was delivered on time and as compared to the previous reviews there were no kind of goof ups with the food. I Just ordered food from Beijing bites ....and I must warn everyone..do not try it....the food was stale, as if cooked a few days ago, the fried noodles was tasting rancid, as if noodles used had crossed their expiry date......all in all its a threat to ones health to eat in such a place......at your own risk!!!! ”

Have been to Beijing Bites quite a few times and have always been disapointed. First off, their waiters have no clue what they have to do. I have had non veg served to vegetarians even when we have been vehemently shouting at them not to do so, soft drinks dropped and poured on people, food left on the serving counter to become cold before serving etc. The worst experience was when I had a generous dose of mirinda poured all over my shirt. The waiter then smiled and when we asked the manager for an explanation, he said he would replace the soft drink!!! Of course the food is also not good there. At best you can endure the starters but as for main course, everything is pathetic. Also, there always seems to be a musty smell there even though they have been operating for quite a long time. We used to go there because we had no choice but no more. Its better to drive to Chung Wah where the service is better and reliable and you dont have stuff poured all over your clothes. ”

We were 12 of us who faced this, as written by Meenakshi & Sneha. Our office is also across the street from where Beijing Bites is located and frequent the place for a quick bite. It is quite conveniently located if you are working in EPIP. Entering SJR is quite a hassle. We are faced with pathetic service each time, but yesterday was the heights!!. When we left atleast another 4 groups left. Mr Mehta wonder how you get good service all the time... Unless you have a stake in the place !Wonder if there is anyone in the area who would disagree with us!!.. :) ”

Even water arrived after a long wait. When the maincourse did not arrive even after one and a half hours, we left. It wss Thursday,23rd of Dec ,i and my friend had been to beijing bites ,whitefield. We ordered one veg and a non veg Fried rice.To be very frank i just did not like the way you operate.For me,any hotel operating in a large scale or small scale should maintain some discipline.Both staff and the place was looking so dirty.
After 20mins we got what we ordered.I was still trying to figure out the taste of the food i ordered but to my unluck i got something in food while chewing.By the time i finalise,it was too late,without my concious i had cut it .To know what it is i had to remove tha thing which is cut into more than 2 pieces.It it was "GLASS'.
I am really unhappy about the service. After informing this to the staff,the food was replaced.
I don't think that the boys informed their manager about this.Even though food was replaced ,we could not have it as it was only GLASS in our head.
i don' think any of you are interested to talk on this as i have not heard anything from you yet even after leaving my contact.
I would be writing an article 'BEIJING EXPERIENCE' shortly.

This outlet is hardley 10 minutes drive away from the place I stay. They still told that it will be 11:30PM when they can deliver the food. I agreed. At sharp 11:30 PM they called me back and told that they cannot deliver the food as they do not have any vehecles. I was like..ah..y did i ordered from such a place..Then I could not go for other restaurants too...at the end I had to argue a lot with them to make them provide me with my home delivery...Now it's 12:15 AM and still i've not received my food.
