   I have never liked the restaurants in malls really...one they most often are really expensive...and the food again mostly so so. So it was a surprise to be at the Pind Balluchi in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. The chicken kebabs started at Rs. 120 and main course dishes were at about Rs. 200. The quantity was also decent and I and my wife were quite full after the lunch. Some of the staff is not very responsive, but that i guess that is the trend in glossy restaurants these days...maybe the people are not trained how to respond to customers...Overall not a bad experience, but they can improve a lot.

   Last week went to this Pind Balluchi Mall located inside the shipra mall in indirapuram. Its on the third or fouth floor don't remember, but the food i have eaten has stayed in my mind. I am a great fan of non vegetarian food. Although this restaurant doesn't have a great variety of dishes, whats available on the menu comes out very good on the plate. We had pind boti kebab for starters which i hadn't had from anywhere before. For main course we decided to skip roti and went for chickekn and mutton biriyani and both were delicious. And all four of us enjoyed the food. While entering the place itself they will make you feel special. The restaurant allows you to relax and enjoy your time and very less intrusions are made during the meal. I will gladly give this restaurant 4 out of five.

   What is the use of this big a restaurant chain...if the khane ka taste is not same everywhere...it is why Indian restaurants can never compete with foreign chains like KFC and Mcdonald. I have been to other pind balluchi outlets, but the one in indirapuram is not upto the marl...that you cannot trust and walk in expecting the same experience from start to finish. In the ordering stage itself i felt something is amiss...my friends however thought that all is well. .. but it changed when the food started coming...all of felt that maybe the mix of masala's in the food were proper...some items in starters and curries were spicy, but others were bland...On top of that the waiter who served us, were quite inexperienced. When asked about preparation of dishes he looked slightly unsure. May be he was trying to get away from the table to avoid question.

   The home delivery service from Pind Balluchi at Shipra Mall is excellent. We stay nearby and have gone for occasional dinners when we were at the mall. But last Sunday after a light breakfast when it was time for lunch, we wanted to eat something good and filling in non veg. We didn't have any enthu to go outside and decided to order from Pind Balluchi. I was searching for the restaurant in google for the telephone number, that, i came across the JustEat profile. We decided to use the free home delivery service at the site and placed the order. The wait was a little disappointing as the door b's were a little stiff when they reached home, but that much is tolerable. The starters and chicken dishes were both kept neatly in small containers. Me and wife thoroughly enjoyed the food and plan to visit them again.
