Hungryzone services on Wipro campus 0

Posted on April 29, 2010 by admin

Wipro employees can now “apply thought” after they satiate their hunger. Hungryzone is proud to partner with Channel W to provide the online food ordering and table reservation service on their intranet portal. All you need to do is to select your office campus, find a list of all restaurants that deliver to your campus and then select the restaurant based on the cuisine of choice, prices etc. Get the online menu of the restaurant, select the food and place the order online. And hurray, the food is delivered to your office!

Wiproites, try this service from your office and let us know how you feel about it and what we can do to improve this service. Non-wiproites, if you want this service in your office let us know and we shall try getting this done.

Removal of few restaurants from Hungryzone services 0

Posted on April 29, 2010 by admin

Dear users, due to some operational issues and repeated customer inconveniences we have removed few restaurants from the Hungryzone services. These include Nandhini Deluxe, Dominos etc. We regret the inconvenience this may have caused to you, but we assure you that we are working towards getting more restaurants your area to serve you.

Kindly suggest us your favorite restaurant that you would like to see listed on Hungryzone by mailing us on feedback @ hungryzone.com and we shall ensure they are added.

Apologies for the price differences … but we assure you that our services are absolutely free 1

Dear Hungryzone users,

We understand that off late there have been frequent reports of discrepancy in prices listed on our website v/s the restaurant’s final bill amount. We sincerely apologize to everyone of you who has faced this issue. We would like to assure you that our team is working around the clock to ensure that prices are kept as close to accurate as possible (Just to give you a perspective of the enormity of the task we have over 1 lakh dishes listed on the site, the price of which changes on an avg once every month). We request your support in achieving this too, all you need to do is just mail us at feedbacks @ hungrybangalore.com and report the price difference whenever you encounter them.

Let us take this opportunity to point out few very important aspects that Hungryzone very strongly stands for:-

(a) Hungryzone services are absolutely FREE for you – Ordering food, booking table, creating an account everything is absolutely free. We DO NOT have any processing fee or hidden charges.

(b) The final billing amount is either same or lesser than when you place an order directly to the restaurant – In case you find that a restaurant charges you even a rupee more more when you place a order through Hungryzone than what they would have in case you were to order through them directly, this is then a breach of contract and we request you to kindly report sure issue to feedbacks @ hungrybangalore.com so that we can take appropriate action against those restaurants and also compensate you for the same.

(c) Our final bill amounts given on the site and mails are the food bill amount and they do not include the packaging charges, additional delivery charges etc. These are charges billed by the restaurant based on their standard charges and are mentioned on the respective Restaurant pages on the website.

We thank everyone of you who has given us your complains/suggestions/feedbacks regarding this issue and we assure you that we are trying our best to serve you as best as we can.
